We're delighted to be supporting a leading UK luxury care provider with the appointment of a Home Manager for a premium, high-performing care home within the Eastern region.

The home has a reputation for delivering high quality care in luxurious surroundings designed to enhance and promote resident wellbeing.

Already gaining a good reputation locally the home is still pending its first inspection but internal audits show the home is performing well.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading and well resourced elderly care provider. As Home Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the home, while being supported by an experienced and highly engaged Regional leadership team.

Package & Benefits ·£60,000-65,000 per annum ·up to 25% bonus per annum ·36 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) ·Excellent benefits package including private healthcare and life assurance

You will be responsible for: ·Delivering outstanding care and compliance ·Leading, developing, and inspiring a stable team ·Driving occupancy, quality, and commercial performance ·Embedding values-led leadership and a strong, visible management presence ·On-call responsibilities are shared across the leadership team

The Ideal Candidate ·An experienced Care Home / General Manager with a stable career history ·Values-driven, hands-on leader with strong people management skills ·Commercially astute and confident running a large, complex service ·Passionate about delivering exceptional resident experience
