We're delighted to be supporting the launch of a brand-new, premium care home opening in Spring 2026 in the Telford area. Purpose-built and beautifully designed, the home will deliver exceptional residential and dementia care in a warm, supportive and aspirational environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Home Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping a new service from the ground up, building a high-performing team, creating an outstanding culture, and delivering an exceptional experience for residents and families from day one.

As Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and resident wellbeing. You will be supported to create a service that is both commercially successful and values-led.

Key responsibilities will include:

Leading the commissioning and opening phase of the home (where applicable)
Recruiting, developing and inspiring a high-quality team
Embedding a positive culture focused on dignity, respect and person-centred care
Ensuring the home is fully compliant with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements
Delivering outstanding care and promoting best practice throughout the service
Managing occupancy, quality, and financial performance in line with business objectives
Building strong relationships with residents, families, professionals and the local community

We're keen to speak with motivated, experienced Home Managers who are passionate about delivering premium care and building high-performing teams.

You will ideally have:

Proven experience as a Registered Home Manager within residential and/or dementia care
Previous commissioning experience is highly desirable
A strong track record of achieving excellent quality outcomes and inspection results
Confident leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others
Strong knowledge of compliance, safeguarding, and person-centred care
A genuine commitment to providing outstanding resident experiences

Previous commissioning experience is highly desirable, however we are also keen to hear from experienced Home Managers who have the drive, ambition and proven ability to successfully lead a high-quality service.
