Working closely with the Senior Sous and Executive Chef, youll run your section and deliver consistent, high-quality food across all services. MondayFriday, with flexibility around events. Key Responsibilities Run your section during prep and service Support meetings, boardrooms, and events Maintain food quality, presentation, and organisation Follow food safety, allergens, and kitchen compliance Assist with stock control and minimise waste Work closely with kitchen and FOH teams What Were Looking For Minimum 3 years experience in Michelin-starred kitchens Background in high-end kitchens (Michelin, 5* hotels, or premium corporate) Confident running a section independently Strong understanding of food safety and allergens Organised and reliable under pressure Flexible with different types of service The Offer Senior-level CDP role in a high-end corporate site Involvement in a new hospitality space launch Structured schedule (MondayFriday) Competitive salary
