Are you passionate about food ,drink and service ,want to be part of an award-winning hospitality team- and still make it home for dinner? We are looking for a Hospitality Sous Chef to join our team in London .
Location: London, E14 5EY
Rate of Pay: £38,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 7am - 3:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
• To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
• To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
• To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are 'picture perfect' every time
• To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
• To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and
order necessary ingredients
