This well-established contract caterer is seeking the talents of a passionate and creative Hospitality Sous Chef to join its stable brigade. You will be working in hospitality kitchen and you will be creating Japanese/ European eclectic cuisine and there is a strong focus on using the best quality produce available.
You will be contracted to 42.5 hours per week from 7am – 4pmpm with a 30 minute break. Overtime after 42.5 hours is paid at time and a half

As Sous Chef you will be expected to have excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail. You should have experience in all aspects of kitchen management such as, menu writing and costing, stock taking, rotas, cleaning schedules and dealing with suppliers.
Immediate trials available for the right candidate.
