Key Responsibilities of a Host / Hostess: Greet guests with a friendly smile, providing accurate wait times and escorting them to the dining areas. Answer telephone calls and email inquiries in accordance with company standards. Promote and upsell all Food & Beverage outlets to guests. Complete administrative tasks as needed. What are we looking for? Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury or fine dining environment. A genuine smile, excellent communication skills, and a professional, approachable demeaner. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
