Residential Amenities Host - Central London Salary: £28,000 £29,000 per annum Full-time | Shift-based role (5 days out of 7) We are looking for a confident, polished Host to deliver a premium, personalised service within a luxury residential environment. This is a highly visible, resident-facing role suited to someone from a luxury hospitality or lifestyle background who genuinely enjoys creating memorable experiences and maintaining exceptional standards. The Role Welcome and engage residents in a warm, professional and personable manner

Coordinate the use of leisure, spa and recreation areas, ensuring immaculate presentation at all times

Manage bookings for resident facilities such as cinema rooms, private dining spaces and spa treatments

Ensure amenities and stock levels are consistently replenished across all areas

Carry out regular pool testing and safety checks

Proactively identify and report maintenance issues or hazards

Take full ownership of resident requests and complaints through to resolution

Anticipate resident needs and deliver a refined, proactive service

Support light beverage service when required

Adhere to all health, safety and fire regulations

About You Previous experience in luxury hospitality, leisure or a high-end guest-facing role

Excellent communication skills with a calm, confident approach

Immaculate presentation and strong attention to detail

Highly organised, quality-driven and service focused

Positive, flexible and a strong team player

Able to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
