James Webber Recruitment is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager for a stunning luxury country house hotel.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong operator with a real passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences across rooms, F&B, and events.
The Role
Lead day-to-day hotel operations
Drive F&B performance across restaurant, bar, and events
Deliver outstanding guest service and high standards
Support and develop a high-performing team
Work closely with senior leadership to maximise commercial performance
About You
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or senior operational leader
Strong background in F&B operations is essential
Experience within luxury or country house environments
Hands-on, visible leader with excellent attention to detail
Commercially aware with a passion for hospitality
