*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including holiday lets and commercial establishments. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

*Duties* * Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation. * Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. * Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a clean environment. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. * Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner. * Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the establishment.

*Qualifications* * Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential. * Strong attention to detail and an ability to follow instructions meticulously. * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly disposition. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Flexibility in working hours is essential, including weekends and holidays if required.
