We would love you to have:
2+ years Housekeeping experience in a similar role is preferred
Local market knowledge is preferred
Adaptability: Ability to respond quickly to feedback, guest needs, and operational demands.
What you can do for us:
Assist our Housekeeping team in implementing and upholding the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our Housekeeping department, ensuring strict adherence
Assist with maintaining the property's presentation and hygiene standards, consistently meeting the company's high-quality benchmarks, inspecting all rooms, and assisting with all general housekeeping duties as and when required
Ensure seamless housekeeping and team operations
Take responsibility for training new team members
