Housing Customer Service Officer  Salary: £14.24 per hour Location: Onsite London N5 Job Type: Temporary, Immediate Start We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to provide excellent customer-led service in the management and completion of LCDM cases. This role involves working with both internal and external customers with the overall objective of delivering a swift and efficient service. This position reports directly to the Resident Liaison Manager and does not have direct reports. Day-to-day of the role: Manage LCDM cases effectively and efficiently, liaising with appropriate internal and external contacts to facilitate considered decision-making in line with relevant procedures, policies, statutory or regulatory guidance in a timely and cost-effective manner. Maximise output in the delivery of targets and the organisation's strategic objectives and behaviours. Meet all corporate and departmental service level agreements and support the business in achieving these as a whole. Utilise technologies and the Microsoft Dynamic platform to deliver an efficient and effective customer-driven service with the ultimate objective to provide a swift, responsive, and seamless service to customers.
