Development Project Officers
to help deliver new-build schemes and acquisitions from start to finish, ensuring projects meet our development objectives and values. What we are looking for... Experience managing new-build housing projects Strong knowledge of health & safety, Building Regulations, and planning Ability to manage budgets and contracts effectively Excellent organisational and decision-making skills Good IT skills and data literacy Relevant construction qualification (Level 3 or above) Full driving licence and access to a car It would be great if you also had...
