We're working with a housing organisation in the East Midlands who are seeking a dedicated Housing Officer to join their team.

Job Title: Housing Officer Location: Leicester Salary: £33,135.47 Hours: 37 hours per week (3 days office-based, 2 days working from home)

Key Responsibilities as a Housing Officer:

Manage a dispersed patch of properties across Leicester and Nottingham Carry out estate inspections and property viewings Handle low to high levels of anti-social behaviour (ASB) Conduct tenancy sign-ups and assist with housing benefit queries About You:

Proven experience working as a Housing Officer within social housing Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle sensitive tenant situations Ability to manage a busy caseload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines Knowledge of housing management systems and software is desirable Benefits of the Housing Officer Role:
