Hays are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Support Worker on a temporary basis for up to 6 weeks, based in Stafford. This is a full-time role to start as soon as possible.Your new role

• Conduct risk and needs assessments, safety planning, and support planning with individuals who require housing support.
• Advocate on behalf of clients with external agencies.
• Address housing-related issues, improve quality of life, and promote independence.
• Co-create and review support plans with service users, ensuring individual needs and goals are met.

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant experience in housing support, social work, or related fields.
• Knowledge of housing legislation, benefits, and support services.
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What you'll get in returnThis role is based in Stafford, working on site, 37 hours per week.
