Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor - Labour Relations to join the team at BAE Systems, based in Warton, Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a highly regulated, unionised environment, supporting key labour relations activities across a complex organisation.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering labour relations strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders and trade union representatives to ensure effective collaboration and compliance with employment legislation.
