I am partnering exclusively with my client in their search for a HR Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor with excellent commercial awareness to join a truly values driven organisation. In this role you will be responsible for delivering expert HR advice to a variety of clients, ensuring compliance with company policy and employment law.These are the key responsibilities:Building effective working relationships with a variety of external clientsSupporting with the onboarding of new clientsAdvising clients on all areas of HR policy and process, ensuring clients receive a prompt and professional responseSupporting with disciplinaries, grievances and investigationsCoaching clients through periods of change which may include workforce planning, restructuring and redundancy processesUpdating and rolling out new HR policies to clientsDelivering training to Managers on HR mattersWorking collaboratively to share best practice and support the wider HR teamSkills / experience required:Extensive HR Advisory experience - gained either in-house or working as a HR ConsultantStrong UK employment law knowledgeExcellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your style depending on the audienceA pro-active and solutions focussed approachStrong stakeholder management skills with confidence in influencingIf this sounds like a role you would be interested in please send your CV for immediate consideration.JBRP1_UKTJ
