disciplinaries, grievances, absence, redundancy & more Leading end-to-end recruitment: job specs, interviews, feedback, onboarding Owning the employee lifecycle from starter to leaver Maintaining and reporting on HRIS data with accuracy and confidence Coordinating benefits, inductions, and company-wide HR admin Supporting HR projects and policy development Providing payroll information Organising company social events
