This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing employee relations with hands-on HR support. With the seasonal nature of the business, there are natural peaks with casework volumes, giving you the chance to take initiative, identify priorities, and get involved in exciting HR projects, process improvements, and supporting the wider team. Youll also contribute to key initiatives, including the implementation of a new HR system in 2026, making a real impact across the business.
