This role offers a fantastic opportunity to provide support in managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations and contribute to the success of the business, a large global agriculture and manufacturing group. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial part in delivering an efficient and impactful HR service, aligned with best practices and business goals. As an HR Advisor , you will: Provide HR advisory support to management and staff on employee relations matters, including capability, conduct, and grievance cases. Manage HR systems, ensuring accurate employee records and compliance with data protection policies. Support recruitment processes to ensure smooth onboarding and the hiring of the best talent. Absence management: Partner with managers to implement absence reduction strategies and manage sickness absence across the organisation.
