We’re seeking a proactive, communicative, and highly organised HR professional to join our dynamic EMEA HR team. This fixed-term maternity cover offers a rare opportunity to work in a hands-on, international HR business partnering role—delivering meaningful impact across the UK, Spain, and Sweden.

We’re seeking a proactive, communicative, and highly organised HR professional to join our dynamic EMEA HR team. This fixed-term maternity cover offers a rare opportunity to work in a hands-on, international HR business partnering role—delivering meaningful impact across the UK, Spain, and Sweden.
Reporting directly to our EMEA HR Director located in France, you’ll be an integral part of a collaborative HR community, supporting employees and managers on a broad range of HR activities—from onboarding and employee relations to visa & immigration, benefits, and day-to-day HR administration.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working hands-on with people at all levels of an organisation, thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and values the variety of a broad generalist role.
It will particularly appeal to someone seeking international HR exposure, potentially looking for flexibility around part-time working, and the opportunity to be part of a supportive, collaborative team and playing a visible role in shaping the employee experience.

HR Partnering & Support (70%)
- Act as a trusted first point of contact for HR queries across the UK, Spain & Sweden
- Lead clear, proactive communication on HR initiatives and organisational changes
- Coach managers on employee relations, engagement, and organisational development
- Support recruitment and onboarding to deliver a seamless new hire experience
- Oversee employee records and contracts, ensuring full compliance with local regulations
- Partner with Finance for accurate payroll processing
- Ensure consistent HR practices in collaboration with our global HR colleagues
- Manage visa & immigration processes, including compliance and timely stakeholder updates
- Lead professional, empathetic exit processes for all employee departures
- Partner with the Global Benefits Manager and external providers on UK benefits programmes
- Respond to employee benefit queries, ensuring effective delivery of benefits
- Maintain accurate HR data and personnel records in line with GDPR and local legislation
- Provide data reports and insights to support informed HR decisions
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to optimise HR systems and processes
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years’ broad HR experience, ideally in an international setting
- Strong working knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and benefits
- Excellent organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with integrity
- Experience with continuous improvement and quality processes
- Confident working across cultures and with remote colleagues
- Solution-focused mindset with high attention to detail
