HR Business Partner (Fast track to HR Manager)

£55,000 plus bonus plus excellent benefits
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and commercially aware HR Business Partner to join a luxury hospitality group with three properties in central London .
This role is ideal for someone already operating at HRBP level who is ready to step into a business-facing, highly visible position with genuine, fast progression ahead. You will work closely with leaders across properties, supporting day-to-day people strategy while helping to shape the fast-paced, positive, high-performing culture.
The business is looking for someone who is confident, credible and hands-on. Someone who can build trust quickly, offer sound advice, and balance operational realities with best practice. This is not a role for someone wanting to sit behind the scenes. It requires presence, pace and strong relationship-building skills.
For the right person, this is a clear route into a HR Manager position within 6-12 months, inside of a hugely well respected luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support and guide managers on ER matters, performance management, absence, disciplinaries and grievances
Drive people-focused initiatives that support engagement, retention and overall team performance
Build strong relationships across the properties, ensuring HR is visible, approachable and commercially aligned
Support the delivery of HR projects, policies and procedures in line with business needs and employment legislation
Partner with heads of department to identify development needs and succession opportunities
Assist with talent planning, recruitment support and onboarding strategy where required
Analyse people trends and provide practical, informed recommendations to senior stakeholders
Help maintain high standards of compliance, professionalism and consistency across both sites
Contribute to the wider HR strategy while remaining hands-on in the day-to-day operation
Role Requirements
Previous experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or similar senior HR advisory role
Hospitality experience is essential , ideally gained within luxury hotels, members clubs or high-end hospitality environments
Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
Confident managing employee relations casework with a calm, balanced and commercially minded approach
Comfortable working across multiple sites and partnering with a range of stakeholders
Able to work at pace, prioritise effectively and remain solutions-focused
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
Ambitious, proactive and ready to take the next step towards an HR Manager position
