Job Description

Working as part of a small team, the HRBP will serve as a generalist and primary advisor to Technology, Risk and Compliance, Legal and Company Secretary functions. Acting as a trusted advisor the HRBP will support delivery of HR initiatives that drive the people strategy that supports the Company overall Vision, Values, and regulatory responsibilities.

Build trusted relationships across all levels of the company to enable a high-performance culture and effective leadership
Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives
Provide guidance on ER issues. Advise and guide managers on employee relations matters, to mitigate risk appropriately
Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver key projects across DEI, wellbeing and engagement.
Coach and influence managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, supporting them through cyclical activities including performance calibration, compensation and recruitment decisions
Support the recruitment processes to ensure the right hires are made in a timely and fair manner.
Partner with key stakeholders to foster a culture of trust and transparency.
Guide managers through complex employees’ challenges, including performance, restructuring, or operating model transformation
Lead initiatives to improve change management and team effectiveness

Qualifications

Educated to degree level or equivalent
CIPD or role related qualification is desirable
Experience of working in financial services or professional services
Demonstrable experience of working multiple client groups and stakeholders at ExCo level
Has managed full employee lifecycle with typical HR cyclical activities

Hybrid working
Contributory personal pension plan: - Minimum: Employee 2% and Employer 7%. Employer matches contributions in 1% increments to a maximum of: Employee 5% and Employer 10%
