HR Business Partner - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, Professional Services, Bristol, up to £70'000 + Benefits
We're working with a leading Professional Services firm to help them find a commercial HR Business Partner to join their high-performing HR team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, partnering with senior leaders across specific business areas, this role will help shape and deliver a strategically aligned people agenda.
The Role
As HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with partners and senior stakeholders across the UK offices, driving performance through people and aligning HR strategy with business goals. You'll be instrumental in shaping the annual people plan, coaching leaders, and influencing decisions around talent, structure, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to develop and implement the business area people strategy.
Drive performance, engagement, and capability through effective coaching and HR support.
Lead on workforce planning, succession, promotions, and talent development.
Champion diversity and inclusion, embedding it into all aspects of the people agenda.
Use data and insight to influence decision-making and measure impact.
Manage employee relations with a pragmatic, risk-aware approach.
Oversee annual reward and cyclical processes
About You
We're looking for a proactive, commercially focused, credible HR professional who will make an impact and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Proven HRBP or generalist HR experience, ideally within professional services.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
A data-driven approach to HR strategy and decision-making.
Experience coaching and developing others.
Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
