My client is a successful global tech business with a strong reputation in the market. There is now an opportunity to join the UK HR Team in this newly created HR Business Partner role which reports to the UK Head of People. This is a highly visible role supporting key stakeholders across the business. Key responsibilities include:

Coach the leadership teams and facilitate leadership and team effectiveness Develop and drive the people plans to build capability for local functions to support achievement of business strategy Work in close collaboration with Talent Development, Reward and Talent Acquisition peers to offer robust HR solutions Ad hoc project work including a focus on organisational development, operational excellence and continuous improvement The successful candidate will be a well rounded generalist who enjoys working closely with key stakeholders and who can build relationships at all levels of a business.
