• Build strong partnerships across all levels, including senior leaders and managers.
• Translate People Strategy into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
• Provide expert advice and coaching on people management, including formal processes such as grievance and disciplinary procedures.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure the best outcomes for colleagues and business.
• Analyse and report on key people data, including absence, turnover, and exit trends.
• Lead performance and talent initiatives in partnership with the Talent Team.
• Support learning and development plans and solutions to enhance capability.
• Drive people-related activities such as performance management and colleague engagement.
• Champion colleague engagement and accountability for action plans based on survey feedback.
• Embed CitySprint’s values and culture in all people initiatives.
  
  
  

• Proven HR Business Partner experience working closely with business leaders.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical, impactful actions.
• Data-driven with experience interpreting and presenting people metrics.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
• Available to start immediately.
• This role will include travelling to locations within the UK
