HR Business Partner Band: 7 Working between Cringleford, NR4 6AU & St Ives, PE27 4LG Hybrid working Monday Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Job role
• To work in partnership with Community Unit and Service Leads to provide professional customer-focused HR advice and People focused solutions that support the business. • To promote, embed and become an exemplar subject matter expert on all HR / people management matters, including acting as a conduit to other Workforce functions. • In conjunction with the Recruitment and Retention Business Partner Lead on recruitment and retention strategies and plans within your services, to create and deliver actions to address recruitment hotspots and high turnover areas, with the aim to ensure the services achieve their workforce plans. • To work collaboratively with other workforce colleagues and the strategic Workforce Planning Lead, to support your services to have in place a realistic, proactive, measurable and achievable Workforce plans. • To take action, advise and lead locally on all HR key activities including but not limited to; Employee Relations, Workforce Diversity and Inclusion, Staff Health and Wellbeing and Staff survey actions. • To identify and manage workforce issues and major change programmes. • To s...
