PageGroup are excited to be partnering with this highly successful, global logistics organisation based in Coleshill with the appointment of a HR Manager to oversee all operational and strategic People matters.

Due to the nature of this sector, the role will be fully-office based.

Description

As a stand-alone HR Manager, you will act as a subject matter expert, partnering with leadership to provide generalist operational and strategic guidance on all people matters at this multi-site organisation.

Duties will include but not limited to:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company overall business plan. Partner with leadership and management to provide commercially focused guidance on all people matters Support management to deal with complex employee relations cases Up-skill managers to deal with people matters autonomously and effectively Develop and implement people development programmes Oversee the recruitment, on-boarding, and training processes for new employees. Coordinate performance management processes and appraisals. Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies and procedures - ensuring all people practices comply with current legislation Oversee and review benefits schemes Support the business to manage employee well-being and engagement Be proactive in identifying opportunities for the continuous improvement and development of HR serviceProfile

Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR role.

Ideally you will have previously operated autonomously within a similar fast-faced sector.
