Direct message the job poster from Catalyst PartnersCatalyst Partners are pleased to be working exclusively with a globally known investments business to source a HR Operations Lead for 12 months (possibly longer) based in London.This role comes during a unique & exciting growth phase for the business.The right individual will be a well experienced HR Ops professional with a clear track record in optimising, streamlining and enhancing various areas centric to HR Operations & Systems.Up to £100,000 base.Fixed term contract (12 months)Hybrid working - 3 or 4 days a week in the London office.ResponsibilitiesOwnership of and consistent development of the full employee life cycle.Streamlining and ongoing improvement for their existing processes within HR Operations.Proactive development and maintenance of their global HRIS platform.Management of key stakeholders on a global basis.Management of global HR inbox.QualificationsEssential - Experience as HR Operations Owner/Leader (minimum 7 years)Essential - Background focusing on process improvement centric to a HR Ops function and systems development on a global basis.Confident mindset & approach; ability to drive positive change and challenge people where necessary.Experience using Bamboo HR is very much preferred.Experience working within Financial Services is preferred.If you are interested please apply or reach out to Taylor Vigano.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionHuman Resources
