HR & Recruitment Advisor

We are working with a respected organisation to recruit an HR & Recruitment Advisor to deliver end-to-end recruitment and provide expert HR support across workforce planning and selection activities.
This role is key to ensuring a professional, efficient, and customer-focused recruitment service, supporting managers and staff with day-to-day HR advisory needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising, selection, and pre-employment checks
- Provide expert advice on workforce planning, recruitment, and induction processes
- Support managers with recruitment issues, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes
- Oversee vacancy progression, promotions, and internal postings
- Deliver and continuously improve corporate induction programmes
- Maintain and develop recruitment systems, processes, and documentation
- Produce recruitment data, succession planning, and workforce insights
- Represent the organisation at recruitment events and support HR projects
About You:
- Proven experience in HR recruitment or advisory roles
- Strong understanding of recruitment, selection, and employment processes
- Experience managing HR systems and improving processes
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative HR team and play a key role in delivering an effective and forward-thinking recruitment service.
This is a fixed term contract until November 2026 (subject to change)
Remote working is possible with the expectation to attend local offices once per week.
