Venesky-Browns client, a publicsectororganisationinDundee,iscurrently looking torecruitaHR/Recruitment Assistantfora3 monthcontractwith possibilityof anextensionon arateof between £17.99 and £18.91.This role will be hybrid based with 2 days per week in the office.
This role requires the succesful candidate to either have a Disclosure Scotland dated within 12 months or be willing to apply for a Disclosure Scotland.
Essential Skills:
-Working in a customer facing role (internal or external customers) as first point of contact (telephone,emailor face to face).
-Experienced in recruitment environment.
-Competent in running direct recruitment campaigns from end to end (i.e. from authorisation/advert through to pre-employment checks/issuing contracts.
-Knowledge of leading briefings/wash-ups.
-Ability tofacilitateassessments.
-IT literate
use Microsoft Office effectively, particularly Office 365.
-Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to work co-operatively and supportively with others
-Prioritising and managing workload under board guidance.
-Keeps others informed of progress of work plan, targets, etc.
-Aware of recruitment trends and keeps own recruitment knowledge and skills up to date
Desirable Skills:
-Job analysis and assessment design.
-Focus on process improvement.
-Working withlarge quantitiesof electronic records, particularly numerical data.
-Coordinating and designing processes.
-Working with payroll.
-Working withResourceLinkor a similar HR/Payroll system.
-Use of SharePoint in a workplace setting
