HR Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced CIPD Level 5 HR Business Partner to support our client across the UK and Europe.

What We're Looking For:

CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher Ability to create strong relationships and coach stakeholders at all levels including Directors Strong knowledge of UK and European employment laws Proven experience handling a range of employee relations matters Experience in managing pay and bonus processes Analytical mind with the ability to track key HR metrics and provide feedback Support with recruitment and succession planning
