An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing Fintech start-up based in a modern, high-spec. office space where you will play a pivotal role in shaping people processes and driving operational excellence. This is a unique and varied role combining employee relations and payroll, perfect for someone who thrives in a scaling environment wanting to work with a dynamic, forward-thinking, and collaborative team where no two days are the same. Core duties including - owning and managing the monthly payroll process, acting as the go-to HR contact for employee queries and guidance, supporting managers with people matters and best practice, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and HMRC requirements, maintaining HR systems, policies, contracts, pensions, benefits administration, reporting, and employee records, driving process improvements and automation as the business scales. Looking for strong experience in employee relations and payroll, experience with HR and payroll systems, highly organised, flexible, small-company mentality, and happy to be flexible outside of day to day remit, proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Beneficial if you have worked in a similar environment with familiarity of Telleroo or Paycircle but not essential.
