A specialist engineering solutions business experiencing continued growth is seeking to appoint an HSE Advisor to strengthen its team. The role is focused on reducing risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a positive, proactive health & safety culture

Key Responsibilities for the HSE Advisor

Promote a positive HSE culture through site engagement, toolbox talks, wellbeing initiatives, and clear communication, including leading H&S committee meetings. Deliver and support HSE training, inductions, health surveillance, and internal competency assessments, ensuring consistent development across the workforce. Lead risk management activities including risk assessments, COSHH support, PPE guidance, and compliance with all relevant H&S legislation. Conduct audits, incident investigations, and root cause analysis while maintaining accurate data, reporting on trends, and updating HSE information systems.
