Job Description

We have a current opportunity for a HSE assistant on a contract basis. Outside of IR35. The position will be based in London Two days a week with three days a week work from home This is for an operator in offshore wind.

The HSE Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing safety policies and procedures within the company. They oversee daily activities related to health, safety, and environment to minimize risks and incidents. Additionally, they ensure effective communication between project teams and HSE staff to ensure a smooth implementation of policies. A key part of this role will be to help with incident reporting, analysis & communication

Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of UK HSE regulations.
  • Project management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and awareness skills.
  • Team player and ability to coordinate HSE activities
  • Excellent experience on HSE software/tools
  • Experience in the Energy industry
  • Knowledge and experience of CDM 2015 an advantage
  • NEBOSH/Degree
  • IOSH accreditation
