Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 3pm Location: Dundalk - Permanent Fully Negotiable Salary & Progression Opportunities The Role Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs aligned with legal requirements, industry standards, and client expectations for Data Centre projects across multiple European locations. Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting, ensuring timely corrective actions and continuous improvement. Provide expert HSE advice and support to project teams during all phases including design, offsite prefabrication, modularisation, and onsite installation. Collaborate closely with HSE officers, operation teams, client representatives, and subcontractors to embed safe working practices and environmental stewardship into daily operations. Drive HSE training and awareness programs to build competency and engagement across all teams. Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, ensuring transparency and effective communication with senior management and stakeholders. Facilitate client HSE audits and site visits, acting as the primary point of contact for all health, safety, and environmental matters. The Person Essential Demonstrable experience as an HSE Manager or similar role within construction, mechanical, electrical, or data centre sectors, understanding the unique HSE challenges they present Strong knowledge of European health, safety, and environmental legislation, standards, and industry best practices (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001). Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH or International Diploma and equivalent environmental qualifications.
