A growing electronic distributor/supplier located in Burnley is looking for a HR Advisor on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. This company has rapidly expanded in the UK market and is now partnered with over 700 companies, distributing high-quality goods across the country.

As HR Advisor, you will report directly to the ER Manager, supporting stakeholders across sales and warehouse distribution. Your responsibilities will include providing advice on people-related matters, HR policies, and compliance, as well as managing data and producing accurate reports to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, up-to-date with relevant employment law. HR admin or advisory experience is required, along with proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.

The salary for this position is up to £30,000.
