HR Advisor
We’re partnering with a well-established manufacturing business with around 250 employees across two UK sites, currently looking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor. This is a hands-on, people-focused role with a strong emphasis on employee relations, engagement, and culture-building.
The company has been through a recent period of change and is now focused on stabilising, strengthening, and building a positive, values-led culture.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day employee relations cases (appeals handled at HR Manager level)
Lead on onboarding and HR induction for new starters
Take ownership of employee engagement initiatives (including forums and events)
Support training delivery, particularly around core values, leadership, and performance
Partner with line managers to embed strong HR practices across the business
