As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with designated business areas, providing high-level, effective generalist HR support to both leaders and employees. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing people plans that align with business objectives and drive organisational success.

Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers within your assigned areas, developing thorough knowledge of their goals and challenges. Provide guidance, support, and consistent expert advice on a range of employment law and HR matters, always in line with company policies and legal requirements.
