You'll be working closely with managers and senior leaders across the business, taking ownership of a varied caseload of employee relations issues, driving best practice, and ensuring we're always on the front foot when it comes to people matters.

What you'll be doing: Managing multiple ER cases (performance, conduct, grievance, sickness, etc.) Supporting TUPE, change projects, and restructures Advising on all aspects of employment law and policy Coaching managers and acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders Supporting the wider HR function with onboarding and general operations when needed
