This is a fantastic opportunity for a Humanities Teacher who can bring subjects like History, Geography, and PSHE to life and re-engage students in education.
As a Humanities Teacher in this West Drayton setting, you will be supporting students who may have struggled in mainstream education, using discussion-based and relatable content to build confidence and interest. A strong Humanities Teacher will be able to adapt lessons, build relationships, and create a positive learning environment.
The Role - Humanities Teacher
Delivering engaging lessons as a Humanities Teacher Teaching small groups of SEMH and PRU students Planning creative and accessible lessons across Humanities subjects Encouraging discussion, critical thinking, and real-world understanding Acting as a consistent and positive Humanities Teacher role model Managing behaviour in a calm and structured manner
Ideal Candidate - Humanities Teacher
Experience working as a Humanities Teacher Ability to teach subjects such as History, Geography, or PSHE Experience working with SEMH, PRU, or challenging behaviour (preferred) Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Passion for supporting young people in West Drayton
