Elite Career Institute is committed to providing high-quality technical education and career training. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced bilingual HVAC Instructor to join our team and support students in both English and Spanish.

As an HVAC Instructor, you will teach and mentor students in all aspects of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems. You will provide classroom instruction, hands-on training, and curriculum support to help prepare students for successful careers in the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities:

Deliver instruction in both English and Spanish to a diverse student population. Teach HVAC theory, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair using a hands-on approach. Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with program standards. Monitor student progress and provide support and guidance. Ensure a safe and respectful learning environment. Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and teaching practices.

Qualifications:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written). HVAC certification (EPA 608 required; NATE certification ). Minimum 5 years of HVAC repair technician experience. Light woodworking construction experience beneficial but not required. Previous teaching or training experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and mentor adult learners.
