Job Description A leading London Market insurer is urgently seeking an experienced IBA Manager to step into a critical project role. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong insurer-side expertise, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to deliver at pace.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a project team, managing workloads and ensuring delivery against tight timelines

Oversee bureau and non-bureau processes with confidence and technical depth

Work effectively with IMR, Lloyd's Account Enquiry, and related market systems

Tackle and resolve complex legacy issues

Present clear and concise updates at Steering Committees and Board meetings

Drive progress to ensure all milestones are achieved

Strong insurer-side London Market background

Essential expertise in bureau and non-bureau processing

Robust legacy knowledge with the ability to resolve historic issues

Confident communicator, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
