About the Role
As an ICT Apprentice, youll support a wide range of IT services and technologies, including Microsoft, Google, and Apple platforms. Youll gain practical experience in IT support, service management, and client communication while completing your apprenticeship training.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring and managing support tickets in line with SLAs
Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting issues
Maintaining accurate documentation and updating ticketing systems
Escalating more complex technical issues when required
Assisting with small IT projects at client sites
Supporting account managers with site-related queries
Communicating clearly with clients and internal teams
Participating fully in apprenticeship training and personal development
