About the Client
A Unique and Inspiring Role
We are supporting a young medical student (early 20s) who sustained a high-level spinal cord injury while on holiday from university. He is exceptionally bright, articulate, and determined to return to his studies and live as independently as possible. Despite everything he has been through, he has a positive, driven mindset and is fully engaged in his care and future. He lives in a fully adapted family home in Oxfordshire with a specialist care setup and strong family support. He is also one of a very small number of people in the UK to have a Neuralink implant , allowing him to control his laptop purely through thought. It is an incredible piece of technology and a fascinating environment to work in. This is a highly engaging and meaningful package , where you will build a genuine relationship and play a key role in supporting his long-term goals. Clinical Complexity
