Key Responsibilities Operate the Ricardo Duty Management System in compliance with HMRC regulations. Raise and issue import instructions to agents, ensuring full HMRC compliance. Ensure import entries are completed, filed, and compliant by required deadlines. Support the use of Simplified Customs Declaration Procedures (SCDP). Authorise and verify the use of the company's deferment account. Maintain accurate import records via the Imports Master Log for audit and compliance. Liaise with suppliers, hauliers, and shipping lines to coordinate import logistics. Support Trade Compliance practices across the business.
