Team Leader will be responsible for: Leading a multi-skilled team of engineering technicians during shift hours. Scheduling and allocating both planned and reactive tasks. Acting as the primary contact for engineering matters during each shift. Managing administrative tasks including rotas, absences, and overtime. Issuing and closing work permits as needed. Raising and authorising reactive work requests. Supporting critical systems testing and monthly integration exercises. Producing end-of-shift reports and transferring duties to incoming shift leaders. Ensuring the delivery of preventative maintenance using an Intelligent Work Management System (IWMS). Logging and updating tasks within the IWMS. Conducting regular inspections and checks to ensure system reliability. Responding to faults and prioritising fixes to minimise downtime.
