In House  - Legal Counsel – Commercial IT - 6-10 pqe - London - Hybrid

We are working working on a strong Legal Counsel opportunity with a well-known international consumer technology business operating at scale across Europe.

This role sits as a dedicated business partner to a key commercial division, supporting a fast-paced, product-led environment across retail, online and partner channels.

The role:

\n\t
• Broad mix of commercial contracts, including IT and SaaS agreements
\n\t
• Advising on marketing, promotions and consumer law
\n\t
• Supporting distribution models, reseller arrangements and competition matters
\n\t
• Acting as a day-to-day legal contact for sales, marketing and operations
\n\t
• Contributing to playbooks, templates and process improvements
\n

What they’re looking for:

\n\t
• ~6–10 PQE (flexible)
\n\t
• Strong grounding in commercial / technology contracts
\n\t
• Experience operating in a business-facing, stakeholder-heavy environment
\n\t
• Someone who can give clear, pragmatic advice
\n
