Inbound Sales Development Representative

Compensation (Year 1 SDR): £24–25K base + £30–40K OTE
Future (Year 2 AE): £70K+ OTE
Why this role is different:
This is not a traditional SDR role built around cold calling and volume outreach.
You’ll operate much closer to a junior Account Executive , acting as the first point of contact for warm, inbound prospects who have already booked time with us. Your role is to qualify, uncover commercial need, and assess fit before handing high-value opportunities to senior Account Directors to close.
From day one, you’ll be trained on AE-level skills, discovery, objection handling, value positioning, and deal qualification, with a clear and structured pathway into a full closing role within 12 months.
