Salary:
£25,000 - £27,000 + OTE £35,000 per annum

The Role
As an
Inbound Sales Executive , you will be responsible for managing and converting outbound leads across various channels. Your role will involve engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Handling and qualifying new inbound leads via phone, email, and online inquiries
Engaging with prospective customers, identifying their needs, and presenting tailored solutions
Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring sales targets are met
Maintaining detailed customer interaction records in the CRM system
Collaborating with internal teams, including Marketing and Customer Experience, to ensure seamless customer service
Providing regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback
The Person
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. You should be comfortable handling high volume inbound leads, building rapport with potential customers, and driving sales conversions through a consultative approach.
Proven experience in a sales role, ideally handling inbound leads
Strong customer engagement skills with a consultative sales approach
A natural ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and present tailored solutions
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
A proactive and results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs and market trends
