SALARY:
£33,179 per annum FTE / Actual Annual Salary

Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm and Friday 8:00am to 3:30pm, term time only (38 weeks)

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Inclusion Manager to lead a dedicated additional provision supporting students academic, social and emotional development.
As an Inclusion Manager you will deliver outstanding teaching and learning, promote inclusive practice and implement personalised learning strategies to support student progress and wellbeing.
Working closely with staff, families and external agencies, the Inclusion Manager will create a structured, supportive environment that fosters engagement, positive behaviour and achievement.
This role offers the opportunity to shape a trauma-informed provision, using restorative practice and strong leadership to drive improved outcomes for students.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Inclusion Manage include:
Lead Provision Team:
Manage staff, appraisals and performance to deliver high-quality outcomes
Deliver Outstanding Teaching:
Model inclusive teaching, classroom management and learning support strategies
Develop Learning Plans:
Create personalised programmes supporting academic, social and emotional development
Promote Trauma-Informed Practice:
Lead training and embed restorative and relational approaches
Monitor Student Progress:
Track attainment, behaviour and wellbeing, implementing targeted interventions
Analyse Performance Data:
Use internal and external data to drive continuous improvement
Establish Behaviour Systems:
Implement consistent routines and positive behaviour management strategies
Build Stakeholder Relationships:
Work collaboratively with parents, staff and external agencies
Facilitate Restorative Conversations:
Resolve conflict and support positive relationship building
Ensure Safeguarding Compliance:
Adhere to safeguarding policies and relevant legislation
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL
Previous experience in education, pastoral care or inclusion support
Proven experience of behaviour management and safeguarding practices
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience with personalised learning and SEN support strategies
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to analyse data and drive student progress
Knowledge of restorative practice and inclusive education approaches
DESIRABLE
Experience working within alternative provision or specialist settings
A background in trauma-informed practice
Experience delivering staff training or coaching
Understanding of curriculum support and learning development
